<li><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Verdana,sans-serif;" lang="EN">Start 250 Meter Farmers Walk / Run carrying 2 x 20Kg, </span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Verdana,sans-serif;" lang="EN">Drop the one 20Kg wieght at the 150 meter mark and </span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Verdana,sans-serif;" lang="EN">Drop the last wieght at the 250 meter mark</span></li>
